think you are taking air somewhere on the hot side.if its only one tap the tap may not be opening fully.are you giving your hot tank enough time to fill fully before heating? as you open a hot tap the cold water entering is pushing out the hot water,a kink in the pipe or a blockage inside due to scale build up.(soak in white wine vinegar over night and flush out with clean water).
would it be policy to take a cold feed direct from the inlet cutting out the filter for hot water the van is a coachman 1998
worth a try if you have an unseen crack in the filter side of it.
