Hi just in the middle of my damp repair and thought I would share this listing that I found on eBay for 20mm insulation board. Going to fetch some tomorrow as B&Qs Jablite only came in at 25mm which is too thick for me!

picked up the insulation board today! It's from a place called foamtech in coleshill, warks. They are really friendly and speaking to the gaffer, he told me they supply to most of the manufacturers, including Lunar who use it for floor insulation. Vanmaster use it for wall insulation so must be good! Worth a try if you need some.
