Hi could someone advise me on what adhesive to use to fix the wallboard to the insulation please? I could do with something that will also fill some little gaps in the insulation and possibly level the board out by half a mm or so. Thanks all.

Polyurethane adhesive or Evogrip ( non solvent type ) , note some people have had problems with Evogrip not curing and others haven't . Also have a look at sealants and tube adhesive Here .
