Hi, I recently viewed a rapido orline 39s which was an absolute credit to the owners. However, the only thing that stopped me purchasing was what appeared to be delamination on the tub, specifically along the sides and more so under the side markers/reflectors. I assume this is due to water ingress. There was clearly a very noticeable air gap and bulging on the sides of the tub and also, to a lesser degree, on the front. Has anybody come across this before and remedied the problem?

It is possible to repair, in a similar way to the floor really, injecting resin and compressing until it dries. A good way is to park the van very close to a wall, and inflate an air bed or similar between the wall and van!

De-lamination isn't necessarily due to water ingress either.

Thanks Tom - a very ingenious and well thought out approach  to the repair. Cheers!
