Just rang about our second year service for our van to be told the cost would be £250 plus vat!!!  A bit excessive don't you think?  Anyone any comments on this?

Just paid £190 at start of December for our 524.
Edit - just checked it was £213 - £190was the Tracker for lifetime cover.

not really we paid £200 a four years ago.if its alu-tec does it not want bolts tightening?

Our van will be 3 next month

IMHO £250 plus VAT is excessive

We normally pay around the £180/£200 mark. Our dealership do not add VAT as a "loyalty bonus"

So why don't you try and ask for a VAT free service as a "loyalty bonus" We did and we got it.

If you don't ask you don't get. Haggle
