The car radio is supposed to be on it's own fused circuit and not connected to a lighting circuit as for one the amp ratings alone are different. Sounds like you need a professional to actually have a look at it as it's anybod'y guess what you blown.

Are the 240v side working if not reset trip switch
If you have replaced 4 fuse's there must be othere fuse's some where in the van

Probably the lighting circuit is not fused either and that would explain the reason why they don't work after replacing the 4 fuses. If the lighting circuit isn't fused then I would check your leisure battery just in case it has been short circuited. If it has then you may need a new battery as well as the 12 volt circuit rewiring.

do any of the 12V systems work, if not you may have blown the main 12V fuse.

at the rear of the battery box on the inside of the van is there two 15 amp main fuse's which may have blown?
