After lots of testing etc  I found my charger to be scrap.

The current charger is a PS276 20A which is fitted inside the consumer unit.

Should I just replace it with the same, or would it be better to get a nice modern multistage charger.

Any suggestions appreciated.

i would try for same as fitting will be easy or see below,lots of choice.........

 type in charges if required..........
