While reversing our Dethleffs caravan I banged the end/side bumper melding. Its flexible but the bang was enough to split it in a number of places. Can someone suggest the best plastic repairer to use on it

Plastic is not a material but a group of materials including ABS, polypropylene, GRP and many others. Bumpers are manufactured from several materials and each one has different properties and different repair methods, you therefore need to find out what the material is in order to repair it.
hi i bought plastic glue from halfords stuck the pieces together then used plastic padding,rubbed it all down until smooth then plastic under coat a good few coats very light coats,then a good few layers of top coat,that was about two years ago and still looks like new, hope that helps.
