I have the same prob, just ordered some stuff called Plasti Dip, it is a spray on rubberised paint, it stays flexible and is impervious to water etc.
No report on if it works yet

have found some "crack filler" in the van looks like the previous owner had tried to do it. it has the appearance of water (i think), and its supposed to find its way into the cracks, the point is you cant realy see if it works, am redoing the shower at the mo, but will put some more on the cracks, but your stuff sounds good, might invest in some, where do you get it from ? cheers-- rolls

hi
our shower tray in our lunar caravan has also got cracks.
i am thinking of getting some abs discs the same size of the moulding in the tray. i will then bond the disc into the moulding from below, to ensure the tray becomes flat over the dimples.
then i will place the shower tray onto a sheet of polystyrene to level out the tray.
i think the cracks come when we walk on the shower tray. the way the mouldings are done gives a thinning of the material on the edges of the dimples. the constant movement and lack of support causes these cracks.
the best way is to replace the tray with a fibreglass one, but we rarely use our shower, so i hope my fix will work.

i hope this all makes sense.
good luck ro88o0

Look on Amazon (and other places) for Captain Tolley's Creeping Crack Cure; sounds positively obscene, but it seems to work...

The old shower tray cracking problem. It has to be said that Swift caravan shower trays are as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike.ARE YOU LISTENING SWIFT??.
However, I repaired mine with the product below, and believe me,. this is good stuff.I drilled 3mm crack-stopper holes where needed, to stop the crack from running and Just followed the instructions to the letter.Hope this helps.
