We have an Adria Adora and the door lock jams in sunshine? We've made up a patent sun deflector to hang over the lock to try to keep it cool (not very elegant!) but any suggestions would be welcome.
its not the lock it is all the door frame expanding a few mm.
try just file a bit from the lock front where it touches.ours does it in very hot weather.

Hi thanks we have done this and our patent patch helps too. The door has been forced at some time and is out of alignment too, which needs sorting but we think that's likely to be expensive!!

it does explain your problem and yes it will be expensive to replace the door.you could ask a caravan engineer to straighten out the door frame.
