Hi hoping for some help here. I have a Rhyno motor mover and have just returned from a week away without needing to use it. on putting the unit to bed until next trip the mover would bot work properly I could get it to turn left or right but not go forwards or backwards it seemed like only one set of rollers wanted to work st a time but not together, anyone have any ideas please?

could be a faulty remove.
battery must be fully charged to run both rollers forward and back.as the loading is greater than turning.
give them a ring
