Hi Folks

I need some help with the above when we were away for the weekend we could not get the water heater to work on either gas or electricity when switched on to electricity there was aboslutley no hot water when switched on to gas after a few minutes this tripped and the red led lit up on the thermostat i tried this several times with the same result does anyone have any idea as to what the fault may be and how to check

Lets hope so see your in wishaw too I can understand this last time it was out i had no problem. I would like to get it sorted as i am trading it in against a Bailey just awaiting a collection date.

Its not coming from him mores the pity is i would love to have got one over on him so really would like to find the fault
