Is it the handle on the toilet access door on the outside? If it is then this is called a Thetford service door which have different numbers such as service door 2, 3 & 4 etc. You may be able to find the part you need here.

did you find out how to change this?.i have same problem,bought a new cover but unsure about taking lock barrel out

feel sure you would need to remove lock itself to fit a new cover.when mine went i just pushed it on over the lock.a few years now and has never fallen off.
