OH just discovered that the outlet pipe for the chimney not connected to back of space heater but there is the pipe to the blown air pump connected instead. Is this normal or should they both be connected, or do you remove the blown air pipe from the back of the heater and replace it with the chimney one if you do not want blown air?

I'm totally confused? the 2000A is a floor flued gas fire so does not have a chimney?!
The blown air should have two cardboard tubes connected to the fan assembly, there is a 2000A Installation manual on my website you can download that should make things clear

Cheers mate. The chimney must be from a previous installion and not from the 2000a. I just thought I would check.
