I reupholstered the seats in my van - I kept it really simple and made an envelope cover with velcro at one end so that the covers can be removed for washing.
I chose a hardwearing corduroy fabric in deep blue and hot pink!
With regards to the corner cushions, you could try places like eBay or a caravan breakers.
