Hi Michael, Thanks for the diag breakdown and the spares offer. Not sure I want to go as far as unscrewing the top of the tap off, at this time, as I know I'll end up with the bottom half falling into the void behind the sink, while the top half will still be in my hand, lol. That said, I imagine (9) and (12) are what the spindle rotate so I'll probably need to see if they are whats sticking shut. May just have to make do with a kettle!! Thanks, Scott
