Hi just had a report on van,it states exestensive de lamination, and its a 2007 n0t 2008 van as described by trader,im told by tradeing standards we can reject van as it was not advertised correctly, anyone done this?
dealer says he wont refund as he has no funds till newyear to buy new vans, ours was a request for refund not to buy,he says he can fix or sell it for us,what a mess
Thanks for reply,we have a copy of his advert which clearly states 2008,yes l think he knew about floor ,l have written proof from him that says there was some movement, then another saying the previous owner assured him the van was solid lol,l think he is a bit rummbled,lm sending him a letter requesting rejection on false advert and copies,he does have a good reputation, but is getting rather un friendley with customers thease days,im told we are allowed to claim our consequential losses, will post with the next instalment lol
