I had a couple of real issues with my Nordelettronica consumer unit/battery charger. I called Allan who couldn't have been more helpfull and arranged to bring the unit up to him as I was running out of postage time before the break. Quite a drive, but it was worth it, he repaired it in 45 minutes, and fixed a couple of other common faults whilst in the unit. Just enough time to take a look at the local coast line, am now planning a trip to the area.
I had taken it to my local dealer who are normally great, but they were doing quite a bit of head scratching.
Really nice chap to talk to.

Not sure what else to say, good repair, fast, didn't break the bank, and a pleasant transaction. The unit has worked really well since.
Hi ...cant get link to work...would really like some help from Alan ..we have recently purchased a swift conqueror 630 .(3 weeks) ago..not used it yet..the battery was full 2 weeks ago when I last went in..it has been left connected to elec on the drive..ive gone into it today and battery is showing 0 on control panel and saying battery isnt connected ! I cant tell you how upset i am and panicking over what have i spent my money on .....and how much is this going to cost me
