Hello All, I need to stick new wallboards after repairing and replacing batons. What do you recommend as adhesive? Will a normal non solvent adhesive be good enough to cope with flexing and and movement during travel and changes in temperature? Any advise appreciated. Col.

512 is fine - they are all excellent adhesives.

sikaflex EBT is a lot cheaper and actually better suited to the task you have in hand than the 512 as its more of an adhesive than a sealant.

you can also get it easily from screwfix

Why not use whatever you used to stick the batons to the outer body?

I used the stuff they stick car panels on with (just can't remember the name but common enough) and it is good for the odd place where you need a slightly thicker bed

also used sikaflex 512   but that was just because I had some left over from another job
