hi all can any one tell me am i able to paint the wallboards inside the caravan or does it have to be papered with vinyl wall paper

The vinyl paper is in fact part of the board as it comes when caravan is built. If it is coming off, just peel it off & you can paint the board with undercoat & gloss, Dulux or whatever.
