Hi Guys,Can anyone help.Got a provance 2005 and the electric flush won't work.Can hear the motor bussing like normal but no water is delivered.Thanks.

Possible a pipe has pushed off with the frost.look for evidence of water round the base of the toilet.or the pump could be split due to frost damage.

Thanks Michael,The pump was working fine over Easter and the following weekend so I don't think its frost damage.How do I gain axes to the pump.

Sounds like you've got the pipe come off the pump , to get to it and the pump, carefully lever up the top cover ( mine was held in place with mastic and located on 2 posts) , then undo the 4 screws and remove the cover locator , you should then be able to see the pump and pipe work .
Note the pipe is clipped in place inside the water tank , just be aware of this if your taking the pump out .
