No take off the top,bit of plastic this covers the screw.a coloured cartridge will be found and must be replaced with the same colour.readily available on liesureshopdirect.com.not expensive.blue is the most common.if you have micro switch take care not bend these.
If you go on swift caravans main site you can download a manual,in these manuals it shows how to repair taps.
