I really need some help.  We are going to the Vendee at the end of July in my Bailey Pageant Provence 2006. I must be doing soemthin wrong, nut we just cant get the TV to work.  I am using a small TV with no digital builyt in so i have bought  a digi box with a seperate aerial but just cannot get any channels, absolutely nothing.  ive tunred booster on in the cupboard but stillnothing, just a blue screen, i must be doing soemthing wrong help....we have three young kids and could do with something for them to watch when we go away in UK and France. Help!!!!

Have you tuned in the box ? It may also be that there is no signal where the van is sitting.

Silly question but Have you changed the input on the tv to i.e hdmi or scart depending on how the freeview box attaches the tv.Then auto tune.

have you tried the tv and free view box in the house to see if they work there and tuned in

we went to france last year and we couldn't get a channel at all our built in tv was digital in the end the English owners loaned me a satellite dish and old sky box and we watched freeview channels on that and now I have purchased a sat dish and take our box from home

You won't get any English TV in the Vendee using an aerial, you need a satellite dish and satellite receiver.

Agree with Robbie freeview is sent in the same way terrestrial tv was by a transmitter needing an aerial to receive it. I very much doubt that a uk transmitter will be strong enough to transmit to France. as above you will need a satellite dish and your sky box to receive uk tv
