Can anyone advise me please on a small leak on my caravan roof. It's 2005 just brought it. Looked mint condition but With the recent heavy rain noticed a small brown patch, pin prick blistering and seam line coming off slightly internally. On further inspection found the original seam seal has broken down(crumbled) can anyone recommend a sealant and also will the internal ceiling need anything done to it. Heard nightmares about damp problems and don't want this to get any worse

If its the awning rail or the one at the other side then the full thing needs to be taken off and sealed right infact,like you said if its crumbling i would strongly recommend that both sides are done.
Use Sikaflex to seal them if not getting a caravan dealer to sort it.Blistering is caused when dampness has been present for a wee while.
