not sure if i'm posting in right section but i'm sure it will be moved to the correct part.
we are travelling to the south of france in august with our caravan the pitches i'm told by the owners are fully serviced 10amp electric and fresh clean & waste water.
the last site in france we stayed was owned by brits and our hook up was like here just wondered if I need and adapter French to English? or do I take one to be sure (don't think they are expensive)as for fresh water we use fully serviced pitches in the uk as much as we can and have the truma waterline kit will their (French) taps be of same thread

Many French sites now use CEE17 blue connectors but it is always wise to take a continental two pin connector just in case you need it en route. If you buy a Hoselock screw tap connector, which comes with two fittings, the large one is almost universal in France I have found.

David

PS perhaps should be in the sites abroad section.
