Hi all the tap on the kitchen sink is loose do I need to remove the sink to tighten it up ?

what make of tap is it? I've had a problem with a crack in my Whale tap - I found out how to remove it by doing a search on this part of the forum under "whale tap" and there were several previous threads about fixing whale taps.

its fixed to the unit not the sink but I cant see any way of getting at it
