Now I need one of those little round switches for the 12v mood lighting ( around tops of windows ) that goes in the kitchen light assembly. I bought one off eBay but its too big for the hole.
Agree with suggestion for Maplin. Not the cheapest but probably the most convenient 'High Street' electrical supplier. All panel mount switches have various cut-out requirements, so remove the faulty switch (if not already done so) and arm yourself with the hole diameter/dimensions before heading out. Maplin will quote the switch cut-out size against the respective part number in their catalogue.
Another good supplier (and probably more likely to have odd sized switches) is CPC plc, plus they're doing free P&P currently too.
