Our local surplus store does whipping of carpets and then usually have a huge pile of ready done ones for about a fiver - will have a reaccie and buy the delamination kit - hint hint hint Hubby xxx
Sounds like an excellent place to know!
I did a (belt and braces) small area of suspected delamination before we put the vinyl planks down - no prob, already had the epoxy, and all in it was the cheapest and most effective upgrade we have ever done to a caravan. Being able to take out the mats for cleaning and sweep the vinyl clean made the interior look fresh and crisp in a way it had never done before.
When using self adhesive tiles/planks, how did you slide them under the fitted furniture?
My time to start is getting near and this thought is the only slight concern I have....
Have decided to remove all the carpet, from under the seating area etc, but am wanting to slide a little of the vinyl tiles/planks under the fitted cabinets to make a neat job.
Wont the adhesive on the tiles/planks just want to stick as soon as it touches the floor?
Had considered using a bit of white spirit to create a strip of tile that has no adhesive that will be under the fitted cabinets.
