In the last few months I have replaced the grill thermocouple 3 times. Each one worked for about 3 weeks then the grill would refuse to stay alight.

Is the thermocouple directly in the flame? the grill burner it's self may need a clean out (not to be attempted unless you know what you are doing) but can be blown through with an airline.
