Before I start touring next year I am going to need some new tyres as they have cracks in them. Do I need caravan tyres or will any do, also will someone come to your home to do this I live in Lancashire if so can anyone recommend?
You will need to fit commercial tyres which are reinforced like a "Van"tyre if your van has a single axle.If its a twin axle car tyres will do fine.yes they will come to you.
I would stick with premium or mid range brands although some caravan tyre sizes are difficult to find so your choice of tyre brand could be restricted.
As for car or commercial tyres it depends on the weight of caravan, probably any caravan over about 900kg all up weight will require van tyres unless its twin axle.
Most seem to be ok with etyres who come to your caravan for fitting. Ensure wheels are balanced same as if being fitted to your car.

Your tyre sidewall should show the full type/spec necessary for your van, including load index etc.
