I have 2 meters for damp and getting conflicting readings.

I have a Kent Damp meter with 2 prongs and a needle reading which I have always trusted however i got a backup moisture meter that has 4 prongs and has a digital % reading up to 43%.

The digital one gives high readings in various parts of the van including sites of old cured and dried damp. The Damp meter gives a much better picture of dryness throughout.

I suspect that areas like the corners hold surface moisture hence the higher digital readings and I should stick to the Damp meter to monitor true ingress?
