Hello every one.
We have an avondale mayfly 1998 with an original carver mover (the one with the handset connected by a wire)
2 months ago it stopped working and after trawling the internet and many phone calls I was told it couldn't be repaired and a new mover was required. At a cost of £700 this was out of the question.
I was advised by practical caravan to contact a company called. Apuljack engineering in Somerset.
Brilliant, I sent an e-mail along with photos of the circuit board explaining the problem and they said they could repair it.
It came back last week and it works better than it did before.
They analyse the circuit board and replace and re-design any parts that need it. The cost
£63.
Now that's value.
