hi could someone please help? our water system is failing to ignite? worked fine last year but we cant seem to get going, we have water flowing from both taps,lights go from green to red,feel im missing something out?

I take it that you are trying to light it on gas with reference to the red, amber and green lights.
If so then the red light indicates that there's no gas reaching the tank. If it's amber it means there is gas available but a fault within the igniter so, firstly check if the cylinder has gas then check to see if the dial on the top of the cylinder is wound fully up (anti-clockwise). If these are okay then there will be an isolation gas tap near to the water tank on the caravan floor so see if that is turned on. If the caravan has been recently serviced it's quite common that the engineer has failed to return the tap to the open position as you previously left it.
The post below may be of some help especially the one from Gary at Arc Systems as he is a qualified service engineer that has knowledge and experience on this subject.
