Hi all,
The old gas fire I have in the caravan has never worked and as I don't pay for electric on the site I would like to take it out and replace it with a radiator. Could any one tell my what size the copper pipe would be? Is it 8mm? The van is a Fleetwood and about thirty years old.

Changing gas appliances is a job for a qualified person. Too dangerous for others such as yourself, as you don't even know the pipe sizes that you would be playing with

All I'm doing is fitting a stop cap not fitting a new fire and I don't know the size as I'm not on site so can't check and need to buy the part before I go.
