We have just bought a 2003 Swift Charisma. It is hardly used, but the sink in the washroom looks as though something has been spilt which has stained the surface. I have tried to clean it carefully but can't get it off. Would it be worth trying a diluted solution of bleach or would that damage the surface further? Any help would be appreciated.

If it's just a surface stain I would tend to apply a dab of car polish first as it's safe to use on fibre glass and see if that removes the stain first. Only use bleach as a last resort if everything else fails.

Try Thetford bathroom cleaner, it comes in a trigger spray, works a treat

The varnish may have been taken off if some one has dropped some thing like Acetone.

I have just used metallic paint t-cut

It's a very fine abrasive and removed all the scratches and stains in the sink of our bailey,

Looks like a new shiny sink now...
