2 weeks ago the Nordellatronic charger unit failed on our 2007 Abbey Vogue,Using google I found a company called Apuljack engineering link
I sent the unit to them and they have not only repaired but re-engineered to a higher standard and sent it back with a 2 year warranty .Fitted it back in tonight working well a very happy customer
Should be ok for a good long time now. I had a problem with mine on my sterling and also the replacement. I put an older model on and it is still going strong after 6 years. There were a couple of years worth where they were quite well known for failing.

I put a new leisure battery on my caravan in august ,workt fine with mover ,and on our trip away ,but in September ,the 12 lighting was dull on returning home ,the meter on zig unit was saying 8 volts .when trying to charge the Battery on a charger of the van ,it kept fusing the charger ,now I have put the old battery on my van ,and I cannot get the 12v lighting to work ,even when its on the mains ,could it be the charger unit has broken ,from a fault on the new Battery ,IN the past the lighting would work ,even if the battery was low ,when on the mains,

If a new battery is faulty then it generally fails quickly, if it is faulty then it follows this may have caused the charger to fail.
On the other hand, it is equally possible the charger may have become faulty first and caused the need to replace the original battery and then made short shift of the new one!
Cheers arc I took the new battery to have it checked ,its flat and wont charge up ,weather it was the charger failed or the battery fault, that caused it ,not shure but I have found a company that can repair ,and up grade the caravan charger, the 12v lighting did work ,when on EHU But stopt when the Battery failed,leading me to think the 240v reducer to 12v had got damaged to,
