Hi,

I've found out that my skylight in the bathroom has been leaking. Fortunately, its been dripping in where the handle screws to the skylight. NOT into the framework of the roof.

How do I measure the skylight to source a replacement? I'm not sure if I measure the opening size or the actual base frame size or what?!

Many thanks for any advice offered.

Dan

If it is an MPK rooflight as linked to then you can buy just the hatch portion with spring openers attached. You will need small screwdriver with correct blade, philips on mine. Unscrew the 4 small screws, remove hatch from top of roof & replace with new.

THank you so much. Yes it is a MPK skylight. I've just removed it and it does have previous damage to the top, outer dome. Hence the drips. My framework is dry as a bone on a hot day, so all is good.

I will order a complete unit for the extra £3.95 it will cost.

Many thanks indeed.

Merry Christmas.
