Our 8 year old van has just been serviced and the one piece front window has blown again, it was replaced under guarantee, it is still available from Seitz, the certified service agent said it should not have failed in this way must be manufacturing fault, why should I have to pay for it be replaced, has anyone else had a problem with one piece windows?

If you mean that the inner & outer parts have separated then they can be glued together using acrylic glue, easy enough diy job, hold together with bulldog clips while it dries.
