I would welcome any advice on caravan taps. I'm 95% positive that my caravan works from a pressurised system, as the dealer I bought it off told me so. But I've been doing some research and found that if a caravan runs of a pressurised system and not a micro-switched one then you can use a standard kitchen tap rather than a specialised caravan tap. How true is this? My current system is a Whale system and tap.

If you do the pipe work yes you can use a domestic house tap. and cheaper

You will just need a reducer from 13mm to i think 12mm.?To connect the tap.

can use a home shower head and pipe as well if u fit a reducer to the end of the pipe and connect to the pipe fromn the taps..
I have a mixer tap on sink bought from B&Q fitted it after buying a fitting from the tap to the caravan semi rigid pipes..caravan pipe just push fits into the reducer just like all the factory joints do
