I have a panel on my 1 year old Bailey that has warped over the winter and developed a belly in it. Could anyone advise me on a way to rectify without replacing whole panel. My Bailey dealer tells me this is very commom on Bailey as there is no expansion gap when they fit them and they will not cover it under warranty,

metal and plastics will expand and contract with the change in temperature. One of the issues Bailey have faced with the wood effect graphic on the ceiling around the lounge roof light is it coming unstuck due to the roof expanding and contracting. They have had to change it to a different type of decal.
That said it will still be covered by warranty despite what the dealers states, a 1 year old caravan would not be expected to have warped walls. We've got a bailey and ours aren't and I'll bet the rest on display at the dealer you bought from aren't either.
I'd go back and ensure they understand you won't accept their original response.
