Hello to all, I have a truma ultrastore gas only water boiler and have been told by truma I can upgrade my boiler to duel fuel (gas/electric) by installing a 230v element and control 230v switch. I can see the boiler and have plenty of room to do the work but cannot work out how to remove the plastic cover which covers the stainless steel tank to check it has a removable bung cover where the 230v element fits into before buying the 230v element and switch, does any one know how this cover is removed or has anyone done this conversion. All ideas will be appreciated, thanks for any helpful replies.
