Hi Guys forgive me if this has been asked before I have a few bumps on the wall of our caravan where the bumps are the vinyl comes off ok but other parts it is very hard to remove i would like to renew the whole wall but how do i remove the vinyl which is stuck i have tried a steamer but no luck any other ideas please regards Len

Bumps ? I suspect you may have water coming in from some where if you can pull some of the paper off.

Clean he walls with sugar soap then give the old paper a coat of PVA glue to seal it.Once dry use the PVA glue to stick the new paper on.
