ive got a old caravan, it suffers abit damp on the walls but it will do what i need for the next few months.

the floor is abit soft, spongey when walking over it.. do you think the resin would help?

how are the floors made up, looks like ply, foam then ply??

hi. sounds like the normal floor delamination, and its made up of a ply foam sandwich there is lots info on here and web about repairing delamination

how tough is it to patch up the ply on the bottom? any guides on that

softness is caused by give in the white foam part of the sandwich.. commonly called delamination.. fixing it has been well written up..

white foam was never meant to be walked on so its not surprising it gives after a time..

having said that a rotten plywood floor is a different thing.. you need to find out if the ply part of your floor is rotten or its just give in the foam.
