I have an eldiss xl300 and the shower leaks - if the taps are turned on in kitchen or bathroom then the shower leaks! However the taps on the shower don't work!
Is it easy to disconnect the shower? We don't use the shower so thought it a good idea?
Is it leaking from the shower base or is it dripping from the shower itself. We've just had a similar problem with ours. We had to buy a new shower unit, the part which has the tap.

it will be the micro tap in the shower that isn't working, but when you turn the kitchen ones on it sets the pump running hence why your getting water out the shower head
