Hi, we have what I think is a big problem!
We have had damp in the corner of our caravan bathroom for a few weeks and have booked someone to come and reseal the awning rail which we thought was the cause of the problem. My husband has looked underneath the caravan tonight and the back corner underneath the caravan is wet and rotting. The total area is approximately 18 x 18 inch. Is it possible to repair this and if so how would we do it please?

I started by removing rear seats etc, stored in front of van now, then removedrear bottom half of wallboards which are stapled on, removed tail lights, sealed behind them with mastic strip, then from inside, sealed wiring entry points with pu18, i used wood hardner on wooden frame battons and had to cut away a small section of floor top ply in right rear corner and also bottom ply same, bonded new ply on with pu18 and pressure from a jack for underside ply, and heavy weights for top ply, still working on it
