Hi big problem we've no heating or hot water
Does anyone know about Truma combi 4E heater & CP25-UK controller, can't believe we've had habitation done by a NCC qualified engineer (but not at main dealers), he reported showing up fault battery flat (<10V) but he said this should be covered by warranty, the lad who did the engine service at storage place said it may not have enough power in battery & would probably be OK after a longish run to charge it, so we thought yes probably right as it was all OK on last outage approx 3 weeks, so next day off we set to south wales for a weeks touring traveled around 160 mile thinking that should have charged battery, set up on site low and behold started to boot heater then control flashed up error 69 read manual then changed to the battery flat (<10V), so obviously there are no error codes all it says is charge / replace battery, so thought leisure battery knackered, so off we went to Halfords bought new leisure battery, I fitted new battery all I can say that was a waste of money, still coming up with same errors, typical a week away & no heating or hot water were not happy.
Anyone have any ideas of what it could be
