As any taken a shower tray out of a Abbey Sprectrum 520 .How are they secured in ,mine as 8 screws that I can see.Need to take it out to repair it has got a few air line cracks in it

What year?

I took a shower tray out of my 2002 Spectrum 535 and it was solvent welded to the shower cubicle walls, I had to cut it out. Yours sounds different though if there's screws involved.

Its 2001 got screws with plastic caps and sealant round edges of tray may have been removed before, only brought last year, ( first caravan) will have to just take screws out   and see .Don't want to damage tray as don't think I could get a new one.

Hi I've got showertray out Came out easy not much surports round the sides well not any so I've put wood round side to surport it.and made surport to go over wheel arch as tray goes over it now to fix the tray,creaks in corners and edges where the screws were. not going to use screws to secure when it goes back in.

I've had the shower tray repaired using Speedcoat .great finish looks good .just put back in and resealed looks like new and the speedcoat as a life time warranty .
