I recognised the van straight away ours is 2011.

I think the van has been jinxed from the word go. Its had a fair string of faults.. Its taken nearly 9 months to get the electrics right with Lunar. Dealer now as got a new long skylight to replace as the one on the van is getting flies in between glass layers. The damp patch in the photo has dried up a little, I suspect because system is now drained and getting a bit of sun on the side of it. Still waiting for the OK from Lunar before dealer sorts out under warentee.
