I wonder if anyone knows if the copper temperature sensor snaps ,the copper one , It can be left off or soldered back up .Gas heater works fine .

Need a new gas valve. That is a thermal bulb that controls the heating on gas. It contains liquid and once broken needs a new gas valve as it is calibrated to the valve in the factory.

Thanks for info . There was a post on this website that one of the heating engineers ,think it was Arc . He suggested that there was a way round this . The capillary tube is filled with Ether if you want know .
