I've a 2008 Sterling Elite which I have had since new, I have noticed that in several places the veneer on the cupboard and wall surfaces edges is lifting. It appears to be very 'paper' like. Has any one else had this issue as I would like to know what would be the best glue to use to sort this problem.

Had the same problem on my Ace.
I use Uhu. Put a small blob on a knife blade and ease it behind the veneer. Wait a minute or so and he press down.
